"I am a 40 yr old male professional and I stayed at The S44407 riding center cottage for 7 weeks. It was an unusually long stay for a holiday let, and i know i was extremely lucky to have had this vacancy for as long as i needed. Its a real gem of a place. As a hub for exploring the UK or working within wolverhampton or surrounding area, you cant beat the west midlands. It is just far enough yet close enough to city centers, Peak district, lake district, try and see it all... I did. Plus its location within Pattingham is walking distance to a nice pub (the Pigot Arms), grocery, horses of course! and bridleway walking paths. Its a renovated old horse stable with loads of charm, a smart layout w comfortable furnishings. The bedroom is roomy and comfortable, new and clean bathroom, kitchen, flat screen TV's, Stereo, free Wi-Fi, freezer and separate area for the washer and dryer. The private garden out back is a mature retreat with lots of roses blossoming if you stay in May thru July. Its a very a special place and I'd stay again without hesitation. 10 out of 10 stars from me after 7 weeks, nuf said. The owners are very friendly and more than willing to help with any of your needs. I can't say enough how much this place and its owners made me feel at home despite it being thousands of miles away for me. Thank you Tim and Louise, I really hope we can share another glass again someday. Cheers!"

"What a lovely place! Immaculately clean, cosy and warm, all the amenities and mod cons you could ever need for an experience that was like staying in a home from home! When we arrived after a very long tiring flight from austrlalia, it was wonderful to be welcomed by a home made cream tea sitting on the dining table. We were blown away. The beds were warm and so comfortable, the garden beautiful and relaxing, enabling us to enjoy morning coffee listening to birds in stunning surroundings, and then relax at the end of a day exploring the beautiful walks in the area by sitting in the serene surroundings and sipping a wine or two at sunset. And wifi! What a treat! We could contact home easily, share photos of the wonderful area and Skype. Great location, easy access by car to most midlands cities and main road to the north or south of Engalnd or into Wales. We will definitely be staying here again"

"We were really pleased with the cottage and its pretty garden, which is secure for the dogs. Very well equipped and fitted out to a high standard. It's a lovely peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful places to visit - Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock in particular. The village is about a mile but there aren't any footpaths for most of it, although the owner said there was a route alongside a field to avoid the very narrow section of Warstone Hill Road. Lovely walks in the other direction though.I would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing holiday with easy access to Shropshire and Wales"

"The house is perfect for families sleeping 5. Ruth and David were so welcoming and easy to talk to and so considerate of my personal needs. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the washer, the great central heating radiators which I used to dry my washing, a comfy lounge with decent sized tv, the file folders full of local information and resources and the freezer! Many self catering places do not have a freezer which I myself find almost essential. We cooked all our own meals. This house feels like home away from home and II would definitely come back and rent again."

"Truly gorgeous cottage to stay in. Very well equipped and laid out. Plenty of hot water, comfortable. Large private pretty garden. The owners live next door and are very friendly and welcoming. Their dog is very friendly too and desperate to play with mine. I can't fault the cottage at all and most definitely like to stay there again. There are many places to visit - Ironbridge just 30 min drive as is Cannock chase the other way. I would highly recommend the local vineyard. Overall a very relaxing break, as with all things nice, time went far too quickly.."
