This detached wooden chalet is tucked away amidst open countryside on the owners working farm, in the rural village of Longframlington. All ground floor, Aln is designed around an open-plan living area, cosy and inviting with a collection of windows inviting the natural scenery inside, and comfy seating for two people. For added effect, there is a series of books, games and DVD's included, as well as an iPod docking station too. The family bathroom compliments the neutral theme of the cottage, benefiting from both a bath and a corner shower, while the beautiful king-size bedroom is coordinated with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a styling area with a shelf and a mirror. Longframlington is a village situated in the heart of rural Northumberland, between the Cheviots and the coast. Brinkburn Priory is a pleasant, short drive away, plus just 10 minutes’ drive to the west is the National Trust’s Cragside House and Gardens, and the Heritage Coast is just a 15-minute drive to the east. Also within driving distance is the historic town of Alnwick, with its Castle and Garden.

Layout was perfect. Really great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Really peaceful location and a welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long journey. A real home from home for our Labrador who settled really well.
