Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nice enclosed back garden for our dog. Saundersfoot is a lovely place to stay with plenty of places to eat and drink and very dog friendly. The surrounding area is also lovely with plenty of places to visit and things to do. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this cottage. The only downside if anything was the walk back up the hill but you can easily take your car down into Saundersfoot or alternatively get a taxi back up the hill which we did on a couple of occasions.

Luckily, a young delivery driver helped us find it. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed it as a couple with a dog, but it is an ideal family house with a secure garden for four legged guests or young children. It is a steep, downhill walk into Saundersfoot which, as senior citizens, we only attempted once! After that, it was the car for us! The only downside with Hill Top is an unpleasant, musty smell in the kitchen/dining area which seems to come from the covered passage which the kitchen door opens onto. It smells like damp, and doesn’t make for pleasant dining in there. Apart from that, the house is lovely, and we would happily stay again. Saundersfoot, Tenby and the whole area are absolutely stunning - we loved visiting this part of Wales and will definitely return.

Quiet location and a 15 to 20 minute walk into Saundersfoot ( more like 25 minutes coming back up the hill!). The bottle of wine and Welsh cakes were much appreciated.
