Honeysuckle Cottage in South Wales & Pembrokeshire offers a peaceful rural retreat with welcoming hosts, Ian and Carol. Guests praise its cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and the beautiful surrounding countryside. The property is well-regarded for its location, ideal for walking and exploring local beaches. While the kitchen size is noted as small, the overall experience is highly valued for its tranquility and the hosts' extensive local knowledge.

Reviewers consistently mention the cottage's spotless condition, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributes positively to their stay.

The property's tranquil rural setting and proximity to walking routes and beaches are frequently commended, though its remoteness requires a vehicle for access to nearby towns.

Guests find the cottage cosy and the beds comfortable, with some noting the warmth and cosiness of the property. However, a few mention the small size of the kitchen and standard double bed as minor drawbacks.

The property is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, with a special mention of a map room for walkers. Some guests suggest improvements to the kitchen space and mention the lack of a dedicated clothesline, which affects the score slightly.

While the reviews reflect the hosts' helpfulness and the provision of comprehensive local information, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that could be quantified in this category.

Lovely location on farm in preseli mountains. Very easy to access, short section of unpaved road was no problem. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great walks from the door over and around the Preseli hills. The coastal path is very close with spectacular views. Sadly we had to cut our stay short due to illness. The cottage has everything we needed and the map room was a great help as was the friendliness of our hosts Ian and Carol. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely area.

It was super clean, peaceful, and just lovely. But what really made our stay special was Ian and Carol's hospitality. Their passion and enthusiasm for the place shone through in everything they did. They have a wealth of local knowledge and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. We stayed for 5 nights and yet it was not enough- recommending at least one week. There’s also a great separate room full of maps and books where they share all their insights about the area and guests can borrow during their stay. Ian and Carol's kindness made us feel right at home. We miss it so greatly and we’ll definitely be back again. Thanks so much, Ian and Carol!
