Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the town of Holywell, Flintshire is this delightful bungalow, Rose Hill. Offering a stylish décor and a spacious garden perfect for the summer months, while being within walking distance from local amenities. Close to Llandudno, as well as Angel Bay where a colony of grey seals can be seen throughout the year, and Dyserth waterfall, Rose Hill offers an ideal base for a group of friends or a family to discover this peaceful area of North Wales. Arriving at the bungalow, the hallway welcomes you in to kick off your shoes and make your way through the property. Sink into the sofa to watch the Smart TV with your loved ones after a long day of discovering the local area. From here gather to eat your dinner at the dining table as you catch up on the day's events. Your meals can be rustled up in the kitchen, where you will find a Range cooker and a handy dishwasher to assist with the cleaning up. After an adventurous day out, retire to the bedrooms for some well-earned rest; each bedroom has plenty of storage for your belongings and you will find two king-sizes and a twin, and wake up to views of a windmill from the rear of the house. For a spot of history throughout your stay, visit the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park and discover 70 acres of woodland with historic architecture dotted around the site, as well as peaceful lakes and streams making for a tranquil day out. If you are looking for picture-perfect hikes, a scenic car journey will take you to Loggerheads Country Park, where you can explore the dense, wooded river valley. Also within easy reach is Moel Famau, the highest hill in the Clwydian Range, where you can stop for a cup of tea on the way back down. If sand and sea is more your style, the lively town of Prestatyn is reachable by car and offers plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to fuel your day at the beach. The market town of Holywell in North Wales takes its name from the town’s most famous attraction, the 7th century St Winefride’s Well, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. Holywell boasts over 60 listed buildings, with a variety of late Georgian and Victorian buildings on offer, along with a pedestrianised shopping centre, pubs, restaurants and an open-air market every Thursday. Just one mile away are the 12th century ruins of Basingwerk Abbey within the grounds of the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, with its museum. There are many lovely walking routes in the area, including the open common area at Halkyn Mountain, Pennant Way, Offa’s Dyke and The Welsh Coastal Path. Within driving distance is the pretty Market town of Mold, which holds an outdoor market on a Wednesday and Saturday. The historic city of Chester, with its famous Rows, Roman Walls, racecourse, zoo, shops and restaurants is just over the border in England. The beautiful Welsh Coast is easily reached with the little seaside village and beach of Talacre only a short drive away. Prestatyn, Rhyl, and of course Llandudno are also easily accessible, together with the majestic mountains of Snowdonia. There are also some beautiful gardens to visit, Ness on the Wirral, and Bodnant Gardens in Snowdonia to name just two.

There was all the extras you need (extra washing/ cleaning/ toilet rolls/ cutlery and crockery) even extras in the shed! The house was so clean and all the towels and bedding were good quality.
