Guests say

3 Rock Terrace is a well-received cottage in a beautiful Welsh village, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and local pubs. The hot tub is a popular feature, despite its location at the front. The property is described as lovely and well-maintained, offering a peaceful setting with great walks and friendly neighbours.

The cottage consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is generally praised for its beauty and proximity to local pubs and walks. However, some guests noted the village is somewhat remote and requires driving to reach other activities, slightly impacting the score.

Guests find the beds very comfortable and the living areas cosy. The comfort of the cottage is highlighted as a strong point, although one review mentioned a small third bedroom, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities like the hot tub and kitchen equipment are well-regarded, but some guests mentioned issues with hot tub chemicals and a lack of cleaning products. The hot tub's location and partial functionality in one case slightly lower the score.

While some guests were disappointed by the lack of a welcome gift, which is a thoughtful touch they've experienced elsewhere, this is not a standard amenity and varies by property. As such, it's not possible to score thoughtfulness based on the available information.

It’s the most expensive property we have visited, and was massively overpriced. Lovely village that it’s located in. Hot tub should have noted on advert as beside the road and was only half functioning (and annoys the neighbours with its noise). At best it’s a 4 person cottage, and the wide angle lens used for the advert showing space that really is not there. Needs more crockery and cutlery for a 4 person family. Needs cleaning products left so we could wipe down food surfaces. Bedrooms were good with plenty of storage space in the two doubles, but the bunk bed room has no storage. Rear garden was overgrown and nothing like advert. A lot of room for improvement.

Lovely and clean! The house had all of the things we needed to enjoy our stay. The shower was divine! The neighbours were kind and welcoming and our children absolutely loved the jacuzzi. The views on the way to the house were breathtaking!
