A stylishly renovated 2-bedroom terraced cottage with wood burner and additional loft room, located in the heart of the village, just minutes from the seafront promenade with Oystermouth Castle within walking distance, along with wine bars, restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours. Thoughtfully decorated and well equipped this pet friendly cottage has everything you will need to enjoy a special break in Mumbles with enclosed private garden and off road parking.

Size: Sleeps four in 2 bedrooms.

Beds: 1 king size bed and 2 singles.

Rooms: Ground floor – Kitchen, Dining room,  Lounge. Upstairs - Bathroom, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. - Loft

Kitchen and utilities: Cottage style kitchen with Smeg-fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Entertainment: Smart TV and DVD player. Wifi included.

For families: High chair available on request. 

Outside: Enclosed garden with patio and furniture, lawn area.

Parking: Parking to the rear parking space is suitable for a small/medium car

General: Bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included.

Pets: Up to 2 pets welcome.

    Perfect location within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants. Especially loved Boo’s Kitchen and Fish Bar was excellent. The cottage was very well set up and spacious for two adults and dog. Some of the furnishings could do with an update/clean - eg carpets, sofas. Shame the promenade wasn’t completely accessible due to refurbishment but looks like it will be lovely when complete. We enjoyed an evening walk in Bracelet Bay and the 45 min drive to Rhossili was definitely worth it. Parking space at rear was much appreciated as parking in the street could be difficult even with a permit. However deep potholes and long grass did make this a little hazardous.

    Very pleased with the location ,close to all amenities, enclosed garden was ideal for our little dog. So glad of the parking space at the back of property. Fortunately we had a jeep to access it.
