The kitchen/diner is also accessed off the landing area, a well equipped space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs sits to the side with views onto the terraced area. Also, off the main landing you will find three bedrooms. A double bedroom with a front aspect and en suite shower room and basin only, a double with a rear aspect and a single room also enjoying a rear aspect. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Step out of the kitchen/diner onto the enclosed terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is allocated parking for one car. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single. 1 bathroom and 1 en suite shower and basin only. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Wood burner (first basket of logs included and must be replaced). Electric and central heating included. High chair & travel cot stored at the property within the single bedroom store cupboard. Off road allocated parking for 1 car. Wi Fi included.
