Well-appointed holiday cottage located in the quiet, rural setting of Llanfynydd village making for the perfect bolthole from which to explore all that Carmarthenshire has to offer. The modern, well-equipped kitchen/diner provides a bright, spacious living area for a family or group of friends and both the cosy lounge and bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind. Enjoy an evening meal under the stars from the lawned garden area or sip your morning coffee whilst looking out over the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. 

The colourful Llandeilo town, set on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, is a 15-minute drive from Tyisaf and features a plethora of independent stores, pubs and cafes as well as a very popular cake/chocolate shop. Discover far-reaching views over the Towy Valley at the 13th century ruins of Dryslwyn Castle (5 miles) or make your way to the historic Paxton's Tower (8 miles), a local landmark that can be seen from miles around. Enjoy a day out at the National Botanic Garden of Wales or take a trip to Llansteffan beach and walk along the golden sands. If you're looking for adventure, Brechfa Forest boasts a number of mountain biking trails and Pembrey Country Park is host to many activities such as tobogganing, horse riding and a dry ski slope.

Kitchen and utilities: Modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine and washer/dryer. 

Entertainment: Large TVs in lounge and kitchen. Wi-Fi available.

For families: travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture.

General: Central heating, electricity included. Underfloor heating in lounge. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and fresh flowers.

Pets: One well behaved pet welcome.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 2 cars.

    Lovely cottage which had everything we needed.It was close to many nice locations such as the Botanical garden and easy to drive to Pembrokeshire. The owner was very helpful.
