The plug for the bath isn’t working. The shower could do with being updated. Saying that the house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

On arrival there is no welcome pack to help you get started so make sure you bring essentials like milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, condiments including salt, pepper and Vinegar. Great location as a whole but there is no drive mirror to help guide you out onto the main road like stated in description. Turn left for the beach and right for the four mile bridge. If you have an electric car there is no charging point. If you have a very long 3 pin cable to reach the back near the hot tub you'll find outdoor sockets. Otherwise you'll need to go through the kitchen window like we had to. Large house with plenty of rooms and space for families. Dining room chairs are very heavy and uncomfortable. 2 Sitting rooms both with TVs although not many channels to choose from. Found some games and went to play a cheaper version of Guess Who but unfortunately there were no cards so we couldn't play it. Found a pack of cards in a box marked 'Magic' which are a normal pack of playing cards and complete thankfully. Thankfully the hot tub was working but there are no instructions on how to lift the lid. Diagrams would also help. There is no water testing kit or floating chemical container to know if it's safe to go in. Large garden with outdoor seating and long grass which wasn't great. Definitely need a regular gardener especially in summer. Kitchen large with plenty of cupboard space. 2 fridge freezers. Kettle, tea pot, mugs, glasses, cutlery, utensils, crockery, couple of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash, few cleaning items, ironing board and iron, broom, vacuum, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. There's an outdoor brick made BBQ but you'll need to bring coal etc. There is a fireplace and wood was supplied but we didn't need to use it. One towel per person was supplied on the beds so definitely bring more along with tea towels and hand towels and toilet roll/kitchen roll. Bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate electric shower. The shower door has seen better days and is difficult to open and close and the water drains away extremely slowly. There is also a shower and sink in one of the bedrooms. Again slow drainage. Radiator in bathroom never heated up even when the heating was on after a very cold blustery day. 10-15 mins walk into Trearddur Bay itself which has a car park, toilets, Spa shop, post office, fish & chips shop, Sea Shanty Cafe (not just a cafe!), ice cream, Store Deli and more around the corner. All food places were very nice indeed. Would we stay here again? Probably. Room for improvement? Yes absolutely. All windows have blown and need replacing. New showers and to look into the drainage of them. Cleanliness - not high standard as the bath was dirty, and under the sofa cushions in the conservatory is really bad. Damp appearing in the front bedroom by the shelves nearest the wardrobe (not ensuite side). A couple of radios around the house would have been nice. There is some kind of stereo system in one of the front bedrooms that supports the very first ipods that came out! Needless to say we couldn't use it. Mattresses in every room need replacing. My MIL had to put a pillow under her side of the bed to stop her from rolling out as it was all lopsided. They've definitely seen better days! Plenty of room for a pool table! A nicer welcoming into the home with certain essentials would be a great touch as I've experienced this before and it makes you feel more at home and looked after. Overall its still standing after the horrendous gales we've had and everyone had a nice time.

It’s so well equipped which it doesn’t state on the listing. They had everything from washing up liquid to hand wash and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you could need. There isn’t a travel cot or high chair though but that’s fine and we planned for that. The garden is amazing for sitting outside and the hot tub is a bonus, although not a deal breaker for us. The shower in the main bathroom wasn’t heating when we arrived but I think the previous guests reported it as someone came to look at it soon after we arrived. Could maybe do with a small bin in the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again.
