This welcoming detached cottage is located on the edge of Amlwch, on the road to Bull Bay, on the north eastern corner of Anglesey. Bedlinog has been thoughtfully decorated with a country cottage feel, a homely ambience divided between the collection of rooms, each as heart-warming as the next. There is a lounge with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs, perfect for a relaxing afternoon and a well-equipped characterful kitchen, leading to a compact garden area. The separate dining room includes seating for four people, so all guests can settle down to discuss the day over a home-cooked meal. With the addition of a music system, DVD player and radio available, you will feel right at home. For a peaceful night's sleep, choose from two neutrally decorated rooms; a double and a twin come lovingly presented with well-coordinated bedside tables. Discover the family bathroom, which is showcased as an all-white suite, finishing the property in a delightful fashion. In your leisure time, why not uncover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition on the Heritage Copper Trail, part of the beautiful 125-mile coastal path that winds its way along the coast of Anglesey? Or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys and see the red, yellow and purple rocks, which some say resemble the surface of the Moon. For lovers of fishing and golf, both are available in Amlwch, with the Bull Bay Golf Club close by, and sea fishing a very popular pastime. A home-away-from-home in a beautiful setting.

No welcome pack.Dead insects behind tv. Used razor blade on floor behind toilet brush. Used tablet of soap, half roll toilet roll. Dated furniture. Bedside lamp not working.

the lack of guidance/instruction with regard to the day of bin collection and what should go in each of the bins. on arrival the small bins had been previously filled but on bin collection day the three small bins were not emptied by the binmen.The lawned area is not secure to keep a dog in. there is a low wire mesh fence which is not high enough and in poor condition. The overgrown condition of the hedges severely reduces the available space to sit out outside. the lawn needs to be cut . The double bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing, they were very soft and provides no support. If the hedge outside the dining room was cut it would let in some light into a very dark space. Clearly, externally there is a need for some maintenance work to make the site more visually and practically presentable. We enjoyed the stay and the access to the numerous walks and good road access to the rest of the island.

There is absolutely everything that you would need, I canât fault it in any way. For the info of doggie owners, if you turn right out of the cottage, cross over to a small piece of grass there is a lane that leads to a beautiful walk on your left, there is a car park but the views are amazing and your pooch can run around safely. I canât recommend Bedlinog enough for a lovely holiday
