Guests say

Regent House in Scarborough receives high praise for its comfort, stylish decor, and prime location close to the beach and town. Guests appreciate the well-equipped apartment, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits. Some guests mention issues with cleanliness, parking, and noise, but overall experiences are positive, with many planning to return.

Most guests found the apartment very clean, though there were isolated reports of dust and a wet patch that suggest room for improvement in cleaning and maintenance.

The central location is highly appreciated for its proximity to shops, the beach, and amenities, despite some comments about noise and parking challenges.

Guests consistently commend the apartment's comfort, particularly the quality of the beds, though some mention low ceilings and beams as minor inconveniences.

While the apartment is praised for being well-equipped and spacious, specific references to maintenance issues like a wet patch and unclear key instructions prevent a definitive score.

Guests are pleased with the thoughtful extras provided, such as biscuits and wine, although it is politely noted that such gifts are a delightful surprise rather than a guarantee.

Unfortunately when we arrived there had been a mix up and the property hadn't been cleaned after the previous people. However, after speaking to the owners (who were very apologetic) the cleaners were there within 40 minutes, were very nice and managed to get it sorted even with us under their feet. Although this was an inconvenience I was very appreciative of the prompt response to resolve it, also the m&s voucher as way of an apology was very welcomed. We had 4 children with us, the house was big enough to accomodate us and we all commented on the lovely comfy beds. Would have been lovely to be able to park and leave our car in the car park directly at the back of the property, however the pass provided for a different car park was not too far away. Would definitely recommend to others.
