Guests have had a delightful experience at 28 Manor Road, praising its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped nature. The property's proximity to amenities like supermarkets and the train station is appreciated, although some guests noted challenges with steep outdoor stairs.
Reviewers consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as immaculate and well-maintained, which indicates a high standard of cleanliness.
The property is well-located near the town centre, supermarkets, and the train station, making it convenient for guests. However, the mention of steep and difficult stairs could pose a challenge for some, slightly affecting the location score.
Guests have found the property comfortable, highlighting the super king size bed and the overall comfort of the property. No negative comments about comfort were noted.
While the property is described as well-equipped, there is a query about the advertised hot tub not being found, and a suggestion for a high chair. Due to the lack of consistent information on facilities and maintenance, a score cannot be accurately provided.
The provision of milk in the fridge upon arrival indicates thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not consistently mentioned and their provision is not guaranteed, the score reflects this uncertainty.

Loved our stay fantastic property so clean and comfortable and interesting well equipped and in a good location my grandson and my doggie had a great time I know it warned of steep steps in the information I'm 68 and reasonably mobile but I did struggle and they are quite dangerous for little ones this could be easily solved by a handrail all the way down which would make it better for quests and available for more people to book

Only one question,Where is the hot tub as advertised

Clean, bright, well decorated and very well resourced-lovely bedding, towels and everything needed in the kitchen including a washer dryer. We came with our baby granddaughter and her parents and brought our own cot. It would have been useful to have a high chair. I have spoken to the owner and she explained that it wasnât aimed at families with children as there is no real suitable outside space but babies are possible. The main reason that she didnât consider it suitable for families with children is because of the very steep and difficult stairs leading from the back gate outside which one can park. My husband and I (aged 82 and 79) found them very difficult and would not have managed to unpack the car and carry suitcases etc down them if we hadnât had our younger relatives with us. As we didnât use the car every day, we used the front door and I suppose that one could always walk round by the road. Our stay was a very happy, comfortable one.
