Guests say

AceGrace Place is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its comprehensive amenities, including TVs with streaming services, and a location that offers easy access to the beach and local facilities. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, the provision of a welcome pack, and the family-friendly environment. Some concerns were raised about the garden not being enclosed and minor maintenance issues, but overall, the property is seen as a comfortable and homely base for exploring the Yorkshire coast.

Most guests found the property very clean, with a few noting exceptional cleanliness around the site. However, there were isolated incidents of dust, glass shards, and a report of black scum in a shower, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local shops, and amenities. The ease of travel and clear signage to the site are also appreciated, making it an excellent spot for a family holiday.

Guests generally found the property comfortable, with special mentions of the new bed and the provision of TVs in bedrooms. However, some guests noted issues with low beds and uncomfortable mattresses, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The property is well-equipped with a variety of facilities, including a pool and pub nearby. However, there were reports of maintenance issues such as a non-functioning dishwasher, broken fridge shelf, and non-working lights, which have impacted the score.

The provision of a welcome pack and a garden box with beach essentials were thoughtful touches that guests appreciated. While these gifts enhanced the experience, it's important to note that such offerings may vary and are not guaranteed.

It has everything you could possibly need and well equipped with good quality kitchen equipment and crockery. A very good location with lovely grassed area to the rear. Only complaint that the patio light did not work, nor did it in March when we came. There were spare bulbs but could not open light casing to put a new bulb in. Not a serious complaint but very dark at night to let the dog out. Would definitely rebook this property. Home from home.l

An outside garden box was provided which was a fabulous idea as most things needed for a beach holiday was provided. Wished there was a BBQ though!! One note though although this isn’t the owners fault but the facilities were advertised as being there. The pool was closed for 2 days and the coffee bar had closed down. A safe environment around the estate was also good. We would definitely use this house again. Thank you
