Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is frequently described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests specifically noting its cleanliness. The repeated positive mentions suggest a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The central location is highly valued for its convenience to shops, public transport, and local attractions. However, some guests have noted issues with noise from a nearby nightclub and steep access, which slightly affects the score.

Many guests report a comfortable stay, mentioning good sleep quality and a cosy fireplace. However, there are comments about uncomfortable beds and a musty smell, which suggests room for improvement in this category.

The property is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and other amenities. Criticisms include worn oven controls and a lack of information on how to use the facilities, indicating some maintenance issues.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness category accurately, and the score is set to null.

We have the same oven at home seems the heating element has gone down in it. All in all the property was very clean and well maintained.

Very well provided with equipment. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only caveat is that access is difficult. The front door is up a steep flight of steps, and at the top of quite a steep hill. We resorted to using the back door and parking on the street there. If you had any mobility problems this would not suit you. Indoors there is a steep flight of steps up to the bedroom and even a short flight between the living room and kitchen.

The lorries made it impossible to take the car out. This was not the owners fault.
