Photos absolutely donât do this cottage justice - itâs beautiful, so cute and cozy! Itâs very well equipped, we have everything we need. The flapjacks, milk and Prosecco were a lovely treat. The flapjacks were perfect for our Three Peaks Challenge. Amazing location for the Yorkshire Three Peaks. Our only issue, which was no fault of the cottage whatsoever, was our neighbour. One of us parked in the parking space for next door, it was an honest mistake, we genuinely didnât realise. As soon as we pulled up, the man next door came out straight away and was quite rude to us, after having just done a 11.5 hour hike. There was no need for it at all, he could have politely advised weâd parked in the wrong place. We of course apologised and moved the car straight away, but it just caused unnecessary upset. Other than that, we had an amazing stay, and would definitely stay again when we do the challenge again!

Well equiped with loads of room for 4 people. Parking for one car is right opposite the cottage. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away and walk the beautiful Yorkshire dales.

The Stables was perfect for our needs and ideally placed to do the Three Peaks Challenge. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, warm and cosy. We had clear instructions on where to collect the key and how to leave things as we left. One couple from our two are hoping to come back again one Christmas when possible. One way or another we will come back to this lovely cottage.
