Children and adults alike will love investigating the popular Jorvik Viking Centre and the National Railway Museum. You will feel instantly at home as you step through the door of this charming bungalow and into an entrance hall that is ideal for leaving coats and muddy boots. The cosy lounge is adorned with a spacious corner sofa and 50" Smart TV and provides the ideal space to relax after a day of exploring. The wonderful conservatory boasts a dining table and chairs, and doors on either side that open out to the front of the property. The kitchen is stylish and equipped with everything you could need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Along the corridor you will find two appealing bedrooms; one king size room with patio doors out to the garden and one twin room with 2'6" zip and link beds (which can be made into a king size bed on request). To complete the interior of this wonderful home is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. At the rear of the property is a pretty, enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area with furniture. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking a dip in the hot tub or delight in a BBQ in the summer sun. There is ample off road parking and a garage with a washing machine that can also be used as secure bicycle storage on request. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 2 6 twin zip and links (which can be made into a king size on request). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Underfloor heating throughout. Smart TV in lounge and king size bedroom. Enclosed rear garden with patio area, furniture, and charcoal BBQ. Garage available on request with washing machine and space for secure bicycle storage. Ample off road parking. Shop, pub, and restaurant within 200 metres. Please note Dogs are not allowed on the beds or other furniture. Please note Hot tub, for Friday arrivals, the hot tub may not be to the correct temperature until Saturday. If using owners electricity for charging cars there is a charge of 30 per vehicle per stay payable direct to the owner .
