Making your way up to the first floor you find yourself in the open plan living space, with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and corner sofa seating as well as easy chair, DVD player and Smart TV, this is a great social space.  The views are also beautiful, looking out over Brixham and out to sea.  The family bathroom with bath and shower is on the first floor also.  The property benefits from single garage and additional car parking space in front, a great bonus for a property in Brixham.  Being just outside of the cen. . .
