Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the apartment to be clean and well-presented, with some specifically mentioning it being 'immaculate' and 'Covid cleaned'. However, a few guests raised concerns about the cleanliness, including finding rubbish and dust, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The apartment's location is highly praised for being central, quiet, and within walking distance to Wells' attractions, shops, and eateries. Its proximity to public transport and parking facilities is also appreciated, making it an ideal spot for exploring the town and surrounding areas.

Guests generally find the apartment comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great shower. However, some guests noted issues with the 'super king' bed being two singles pushed together and the pillows needing replacement, slightly affecting the comfort score.

Some guests suggest improvements in maintenance, such as better lighting in the kitchen, shower drain repair, and more thorough post-letting checks, especially regarding the crockery and cutlery cleanliness.

Guests often mention the thoughtful gestures of wine and flowers upon arrival, which contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. While these gifts are appreciated, it is important to note that such extras are not guaranteed and may vary per stay.

Well equipped and both Sykes and the owner were helpful in resolving an issue with the washing machine - which was promptly replaced. Enjoyed our stay very much

Good location for exploring. Slight problem in getting key out of key safe. The mechanism was stuck so will need attention before next guests arrive. Also king size bed was actually 2 singles pushed together. Good for width but caused a mini ravine in middle so bad for backaches. Having said above would be re-booking later in the year
