Welcome pack a nice touch. Patio door is difficult to open and close and lifted off the runner a couple of times. Vacuum also difficult to use as the floor level setting was stuck and had to drag it in one direction along the floor so gave up. Shame about 1st floor garden being overgrown even if it is out of use. There are some lovely plants and flowers in there but just looked a mess with some of the weeds overhanging the ground floor patio.
