Snaptrip says

Guests are generally delighted with the property, praising its stunning sea views, cleanliness, and well-equipped kitchen. The spaciousness and comfort of the property are frequently highlighted, along with its proximity to Lyme Regis. Some concerns about maintenance and steep access are noted, but these do not detract from the overall positive experiences.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean' and 'clean and modern throughout'. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is highly praised for its breathtaking views and proximity to Lyme Regis, despite some comments about the steep uphill walk. The convenience of being able to walk to necessary destinations adds to the location's appeal.

Comfort is frequently commended, with guests finding the property spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. The presence of multiple sitting areas and comfortable bedding contributes to a positive experience.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a broken blind and damp carpet, which suggests room for improvement.

The mention of a welcome bag of goodies indicates a level of thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not consistently referenced and their provision is not guaranteed, this score reflects the positive gesture without setting an expectation.

The views over Lyme Bay were simply stunning. Corum Court is lovely property, nicely fitted out, plenty of cupboard space everywhere. Worth coming just for the view.

There was everything we needed within the house itself. A couple of things we noticed - the kitchen tap is loose at the base, it probably needs tightening but thought we should mention it. The other thing is the creaky floors upstairs which, we know from experience cannot be fixed easily as it means pulling up the carpet! We had a great time and hope to return again.

Very well equipped and clean and a perfect base to explore Lyme Regis. The photos do not do the views justice - it is simply spectacular from the living room window out across the sea. We loved it and plan to return. It is worth noting that the parking / garage is tight - we did fit 2 small cars in but a larger car would not fit and although parking is available nearby it is expensive.
