Lovely beach hut for a weekend break and great location. Great cafe nearby , only downside was 9am checkout on a Sunday morning .

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beach hut and enjoyed watching the world go by… we were sorry to leave and will hopefully return again next year.

We stayed here for NYE. The hut was clean and cosy, with an outside area overlooking the beach. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable. I would say that if you are planning Christmas new years you book the pubs as they were very busy and you could only go in for a drink if there was a table free or you booked. We walked to Teignmouth which took about 20 minutes. There are lots of pubs and places to eat there. Our New Year's eve was very cosy and we would highly recommend.
