This very stylish first-floor apartment enjoys an elevated position with unrivalled sea views, less than half a mile from Dawlish town centre. Positioned next to the owner’s home seperately accessed via an internal staircase. It is a superb base for a couple wanting to explore this charming town and the wonderful coast of Devon. Expressing quality in a contemporary fashion, discover the open-plan living area where you can relax on the sumptuous sofa and admire the undisturbed sea views, or take advantage of the Smart TV for all your favourite on-demand entertainment. There is also a small kitchenette area with some basic appliances however Dawlish is home to a variety of cafés and superb restaurants covering a range of tastes and preferences. A little tip to say there are two short cuts to cross the railway and get on to the beach at Dawlish. We were not aware and walked into Dawlish and along the promenade which was a trek. Thank you to Maggie for sharing her home. We were lucky with the weather and had the doors open to the sea-view until late at night.

We walked to the railway station to get the train westwards and the walk took a quarter of an hour ( I can't walk very fast ). We were very comfortable . The weather was a bit changeable so the superb view of the sea was sometimes quite spectacular.
