The stylish apartment is in the seaside resort of Woolacombe, just 300 metres from its sandy beach. The property has a sociable, open-plan layout and is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Keen walkers can enjoy hikes along the South West Coast Path, and you can take day trips to the quaint villages of Lynton and Lynmouth (21 miles) or the harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles).
The former fish and chip shop has been beautifully renovated to create a unique holiday home full of quirky accessories and colourful soft furnishings. On the ground floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: a king-size and a super-king-size that can be made up as a twin on request. There’s also a family bathroom on this level. Stairs lead to the impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its vaulted ceiling and fabulous arched window. Relax on the sofa to watch the Smart TV or curl up on the window seat with your favourite book. Completing the accommodation is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is no outdoor space with this holiday cottage. However, there’s a children’s play park 150 metres away, and you’ll be within walking distance of the beach.
Woolacombe has a great range of restaurants and pubs, plus a selection of cute boutiques and galleries to peruse. With 3 miles of golden sand, the beach is arguably one of the finest in North Devon and, even in summer, it’s easy to escape the crowds. The beach is a mecca for surfers, but you can also try a whole host of other water sports, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and windsurfing. The Victorian town of Ilfracombe is 6 miles away and has a picturesque harbour, fabulous coastal walks, and boat trips to the remote island of Lundy.

Absolutely fabulous all round for us. We could not fault the property as a whole for all the family and the dog.

This property is amazing, in a great location and finished to a high standard. We had a great time. The only issue we had were the parking restrictions around the property. Between 10am and 6pm you can only park outside the property for 1 hour. So that proved a little difficult. We also found that there was no property information inside the property itself, such as when bins and recycling needed to be put out for collection and also how the heating system worked etc.
