Total tranquility save for the birdsong. Lovely grounds with a garden and pond. Fantastic walking right from the doorstep, perfect for dogs. Only minutes away from any facilities too. The very narrow surrounding lanes might not be every driverâs cup of tea but we had no problems. The cottage is ancient but has been wonderfully modernised. The owners Nicki and Ben are very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay, wished it could have been longer, fabulous weather was just a bonus!

Everything you need to live and relax. Sainsbury store 5 minute's away in Ottery St Mary Recommend this house is for fit people only! Stairs are difficult. Walking hilly. Been two years on the trot and have loved this quaint little hobbit house.

It is such a gorgeous cottage and surroundings, very peaceful and comfortable with everything you could want. The attention to detail and quality of everything in the cottage and garden was to a exceptional standard and a real home from home feel. Perfectly positioned for days out to Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Exmouth and more. We genuinely loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.
