Garden House is a stunning detached property a short stroll from the beach in the quaint village of Gorran Haven. An outstanding dwelling complete with luxury interior design making the perfect coastal getaway throughout the year. Upon entering the property you are greeted by a stylish open plan living space with a beautiful contemporary feel flooded with natural light. Within here you will find a sleek modern kitchen housing all the necessities you will need throughout your stay. There is a separate small utility room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer. Moving through the property there is a separate dining area with a comfortable seating arrangement perfect for enjoying a relaxing family meal. There is a spacious sitting area with a large comfy corner sofa and over sized armchair from which you can enjoy the entertainment facilities making it ideal for cosy evenings. The elegantly dressed master bedroom has a sleigh style king sized bed, a Juliet balcony, and a luxury en-suite shower room with boutique touches. Also on the first floor you will find a stylish twin bedded room and a beautifully presented double bedroom facing the front of the house. There is a separate well appointed family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a fully enclosed gravelled garden perfect for letting the dog stretch its legs. The large raised deck is a sun trap where you can relax on the sun loungers and eat al fresco at the table and chairs, the tri-fold doors allowing easy access to the garden perfect for sunny days. For local amenities the nearest shops are situated within a five minute walk where you can enjoy a coffee and croissant from Cakebreads or freshly caught fish and chips for lunch. The sandy beach is within a five minute walk of Garden House where children will enjoy the safe swimming, kayaking and crabbing off the harbour wall. There is easy access on to the coast path to explore this beautiful coastline of South Cornwall. Locally you will be able to visit the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan and the iconic Eden Project. Fowey and St Mawes are within easy driving distance and both are worth a visit.
Situated on the south coast of Cornwall, is the charming village of Gorran Haven. This village is an ideal base for exploring the many beaches and coves, found within the area. From here, you will also be able to access the South West Coast Path, which passes through the village. Nearby attractions include visiting the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum.

And everything you would need to enjoy your stay but had some difficulty finding operating instructions for some of the appliances ( CD and video player) Special yellow bag required for general rubbish was not provided. Further to walk from the beach than we imagined and hill to climb home, so used the car more than intended. Lovely outdoor space for eating or sunbathing. Would recommend. en forget the opportunity to open bifold doors but

House is beautifully presented, loved everything about it. Even better in person than the photos suggest. Super spacious for a holiday home, really well equipped. Didnât do much cooking as we tend to be out and about on hols but literally could have made a roast, baked etc! Home from home. We had all weathers during our stay but still managed some time in the lovely garden area - what a sun trap! Setting is idyllic - could be time of year we chose our trip but Gorran Haven is quiet, just what we like. The beach is gorgeous & just 5 mins walk away. We havenât been to Cornwall for about 15 years as itâs a trek from North Wales so we were out showing the kids as many areas as possible. However, we could easily have chilled in the house for the week we loved it so much. Thanks Sykes for another fab holiday.

It was incredible. The house was amazing, so clean and bright. We felt really lucky to have a holiday there. Everything has been thought of, lovely touches everywhere to make your holiday the best it could be. Comfy beds, lovely decor, amazing location. We actually didnât want to leave. Thank you so much to the owners, your lovely house really made a wonderful holiday for us.
