Merlyn is a modern, spacious property located in the heart of Porthleven and only a few minutes walk from Porthleven harbour. On the ground floor is the living room, with a large TV, DVD player and woodburner. Next to the living room is the kitchen/diner, stylish and well equipped and with a large dining table with comfortable seating. There is a ground floor cloakroom at the far end of the property.
Upstairs is the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The five bedrooms are on this floor sleeping 9 people in total. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a double, bunk, twin and single bedroom on this floor. Outside there is driveway parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is a lawn at the front of the property.

Lovely house in a great location, plenty of space for a large family and dog friendly with secure garden. The welcome pack of a cream tea was a lovely touch. Walking distance to shops, great restaurants, pub, beach and coastal paths.

The property was just as advertised, we love Porthleven and this property was in great walking distance to all amenities. There were 9 of us all together and we had plenty of space within the property. Would highly recommend and will be rebooking for next year!!
