Nestled next to Penzance, and although still a quaint village in its own right, Newlyn is actually the third largest fishing port in England, and an important Port of Refuge for all sea baring craft. Rose Villa is beautifully kept, had everything we would want for the stay. We were sorry to leave and will definitely be back soon.

Views from balcony fabulous. Beds and bedding clean and comfortable. Situated close to Mousehole and Penzance. Used the allocated parking space in the car park down the steep hill less than a minute walk . Only negatives -unpleasant damp odours in second sitting room and slightly in the kitchen cupboards. Also, sometimes had trouble unlocking and opening the front door. However , we will definitely be looking to return in the near future.

The cottage is perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and parking is no problem if you can't find a space. The carpark can be seen from the front door and is literally a 30 second walk with a reserved parking space. We will be back again for sure!!
