Bowjy is an exceptional newly converted barn located in the small hamlet of Horningtops, within a 5-minute drive from the village of Menheniot with everything you could possibly need. Bowjy boasts an open plan lounge/dining area as well as a games room with direct access to its extensive garden with hot tub and barbecue, great for extended families or group of friends to socialise together.

Beds: 4 x Twin beds (zip and link, can be made into king beds on request), 2 x super kingsize (6’)

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.

Accessibility: Property set over 3 floors.

Kitchen and utilities: Integrated electric oven and ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 

Facilities for families:  Travel cot, stair gate and highchair provided. – Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Lawned garden with hot tub, outdoor kitchen with gas barbeque, outdoor fireplace and outdoor seating perfect for entertaining.  Private parking available for up to 5 cars.

Pets: 3 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.

Parking: Parking for up to 3 cars provided.

    We really enjoyed staying in this property and location was convenient for nearby attractions however one of the main factors we booked the property was so the adults and children could enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and not fixed until the day before we left so this was very disappointing.

    A very well presented home in a good location within a short drive to Looe. Bedrooms have plenty of room and comfy beds. Pool table a great additional and and really spacious communal space for the family to gather. Would have no issue in booking this cottage again.

    Immaculate property, the location is great and it has everything you could want whether you are on a quiet get away with family, or having a get together with some old friends. We made a joke on the way down that there is no way that the property will be as nice as it is in the pictures, to only find out as we walked through the doors, that if anything the pictures don't do it justice. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend
