Stow Cottage in Camelford, Cornwall, is praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and well-equipped nature, making it a comfortable stay. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, ideal for exploring North Cornwall. Some mention a welcome pack, adding to the thoughtful touches. However, there are mixed feelings about the location's remoteness and issues with the upstairs shower and wet room drainage.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently report that the cottage is very clean, with attention to detail under beds and sofas. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experiences.

The location is described as peaceful and ideal for tranquillity, with easy access to local attractions. However, some guests find it too remote, with amenities a drive away, which slightly affects the score.

The cottage is considered cosy and comfortable, with good beds and a homely feel. The downstairs wet room is appreciated for those with mobility issues. However, some guests find the second bedroom uncomfortable due to low beams and hard beds.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and essential items provided. However, recurring issues with the upstairs shower leaking and wet room drainage problems have led to a lower score in this category.

Several reviews mention a welcome pack, which guests found to be a thoughtful touch. While this is appreciated, it is noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and may vary.

The property had everything we needed and the lay out was perfect for our family.

The beds downstairs were super comfy, the main upstairs bed was a little hard for us so only managed to sleep a couple of nights upstairs. The lodge behind is really close and unfortunately the family kept waking us up when they kept coming outside for a natter! But I guess they would of thought we were upstairs. Cleaners had done a good job but we did have to hunt for any information pack which was hidden in a draw.can I suggest putting in a welcome pack folder for future guests.once found we could suss out the WiFi as wasn't obvious if capital letters or not! as wasn't obvious. Just little suggestions otherwise a nice homely feel.the kitchen is extremely well equipped. We have stayed at innyvale a few times over the years in different properties,as we like the area.
