Snaptrip says

The Studio in Cornwall offers a peaceful stay with a central location ideal for exploring the region. Guests appreciate the property's tranquility and the convenience for visiting various attractions. While some find the space cosy and the bed comfortable, others note areas for improvement.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews indicate that cleanliness is inconsistent, with several guests noting the need for a deeper clean and mentioning issues such as cobwebs, spiders, and a smell of damp. However, some guests found the property to be clean upon arrival.

The location is highly praised for being central and convenient for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to beaches, towns, and attractions. The rural setting is appreciated for its peace and quiet.

Comfort receives mixed reviews. Some guests find the bed and sofa comfortable and the setting cosy, while others report issues with the bed's size and the furniture's condition, suggesting a need for updates.

Facilities and maintenance are areas of concern, with guests mentioning outdated decor, a lack of Wi-Fi, and issues with appliances. The layout is also described as odd, and some facilities like the fridge are inconveniently placed.

There is insufficient information to accurately score thoughtfulness. While there is a mention of a welcome pack with scones, jam, and clotted cream, it is not a recurring theme across the reviews, and thus, gifts cannot be guaranteed.

The guest book needs updating, for example, with regards to watering the plants with the watering can next to the gas bottle. There's no gas bottle or watering can. The toilet does not flush properly and we regularly had to pour a bowl of water down it to flush it properly. Down the side of the bed (next to the wall) needs a good clean and the mattress topper is too big for the bed which makes you feel like you'll fall off the bed. The bed was comfortable despite this. Lovely outside space. It was great for what we needed as we were out everyday and it's very central.
