Set solely over the ground floor, this welcoming cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway exploring Cornwall and escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage offers a partially partitioned double bedroom leading from the open plan living area, which features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The sitting area boasts a warming electric stove, which you can toast your toes by after a day on the golf course and exploring the surrounding area. A delightful, slate-tiled shower room can be found off the kitchen, and the large utility room is an ideal storage area for boots, surfboards and golf clubs. Enjoy sitting outside and soaking up the summer sunshine on your very own patio. Head down the lane to the St Kew Golf Club for a round or a lesson or two and brush up on your game. Wadebridge is ideally placed for exploring the Padstow area and its many glorious beaches, including Rock Beach, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The accommodation was so peaceful just to open the door and walk down the lane our dog loved it we definitely will visit again many thanks tracey and helen xxx

The guest book needs updating, for example, with regards to watering the plants with the watering can next to the gas bottle. There's no gas bottle or watering can. The toilet does not flush properly and we regularly had to pour a bowl of water down it to flush it properly. Down the side of the bed (next to the wall) needs a good clean and the mattress topper is too big for the bed which makes you feel like you'll fall off the bed. The bed was comfortable despite this. Lovely outside space. It was great for what we needed as we were out everyday and it's very central.
