Guests say

Guests have enjoyed their stays at Solent Breezes, Caravan 108, praising its cleanliness, great location by the sea, and the comfort it provides. The caravan is well-equipped and the owners are commended for their helpfulness. While some minor issues were mentioned, the overall experience is positive, with the property offering a peaceful and dog-friendly environment.

The caravan is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several reviews highlighting its cleanliness. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care.

The location is generally appreciated for its proximity to the beach and quiet surroundings. However, one review mentioned difficulty in accessing the beach with dogs, and another noted the presence of work vehicles, slightly affecting the score.

The caravan is considered comfortable and well-equipped, with multiple toilets and a good wifi connection. However, one review mentioned an uncomfortable bed and another noted a smell on the seating areas, indicating room for improvement.

Facilities like the heated swimming pool and on-site bar are positively mentioned, but there are comments about the lack of a gate on the decking, absence of a BBQ, and limited shop offerings. The site's road humps and parking issues also detract from the experience.

While guests have mentioned feeling welcomed and the provision of towels and biscuits, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category.

It was the site you stated a shop but it was just counter selling ice creams and sweets hardly any essentials very costly we paid 3.96 for 2 tiny drums of salt an pepper wich we had to buy The road down to the site had 19 road humps with has done some damage to our exhaust no warning before these humps . We could not get down to the beach with our little dogs due to the land eriosion and the only way onto beach was a slipway with was very slippery there was no where to walk dogs only on the site roadways the site restaurant was expensive but we found site owners got 20 % discount on food and drinks WE ,DID NOT. .there where over 300 caravans and only 20 were holiday there rest lived 45 weeks of the year so it did not feel like a holiday site White vans every where with people going to work early in the mornings I would not recommend this site to Anyone we have been using Sykes cottages for over 11 years but this is the worst place we have been to we do not feel we have had a Holiday this holiday was important to us as I have had several heart attacks last year and this was to be a relaxing holiday. But we could have stayed at home and saved over 250 on eating out

The site has good amenities the bar and outside seating area with views over the Solent were lovely. The only thing I would mention is that the seating areas in the caravan had a sweaty/doggy smell and would benefit from a good washing.
