Guests say

The Byre in Hexham is consistently praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and quiet location with beautiful views. Guests appreciate the comfortable stay, spotless facilities, and the thoughtful touches from the owners, including homemade cake and fresh eggs. While the lack of a garden area is noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, making it a recommended choice for a restful break in Northumberland.

Reviewers unanimously mention the spotless condition of the cottage, indicating a high level of cleanliness that contributes significantly to the comfort of their stay.

The property is commended for its quiet setting and lovely views, suggesting a desirable location. However, one mention of the lack of a garden area slightly impacts the perfect score.

Guests describe their stays as comfortable and relaxing, with one looking forward to a return visit, which speaks volumes about the comfort level of the property.

Facilities are described as amazing and well cared for, with everything needed provided. The absence of a garden area for sitting out is the only drawback mentioned.

The owners' thoughtfulness is highlighted through gestures like homemade cake and fresh eggs. While these gifts are warmly received, it is politely noted that such personal touches, although delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.
