This wonderful bolthole is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday.
Enter in to a light and airy open-plan living space with exposed stonework and a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for four and a sitting room area with Smart television and doors leading to the sunny courtyard garden, perfect for an al fresco morning coffee or late afternoon and evening dining. Fully-enclosed and secure too, children and dogs can play safely while the wine cools and the sun sets. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and bedroom two has 3' twin beds, both of which are served by a family bathroom with bath with a shower over and underfloor heating. There is parking for two cars in the driveway.
1 Courtyard Barn offers the opportunity to spend quality time together in a modern converted barn in a quiet, rural location. With immediate access to footpaths, you can walk the coastal path from the doorstep, explore by car the many picturesque seaside villages and towns to the east and west or spend the day on a boat on the Norfolk Broads, returning to a lovely tranquil base after a full day's activities or sightseeing.

The accommodation was very good. Very clean and well looked after. It had everything we needed for our holiday. The owners were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Trying to find the property was not easy as the satnav told us the property was on the right side of the road but it was actually on the left.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and perfect for 4 guests. Quiet location with excellent pub restaurants close by (although not walkable). Smallish outdoor seating area which is quite close to another building, but this is not currently used for accommodation.
