Formerly a Primitive Methodist church, the building showcases distinguishing features that tie it to it origins, including the beautiful feature window at the front of the property with views of the town.

Conveniently situated in the heart of Fakenham, The Tracery offers two decadently styled bedrooms curated with care and lavished in detail. Formerly a Primitive Methodist church, the building showcases distinguishing features that tie it to it origins, including the beautiful feature window at the front of the property with views of the town. Only a 15-minute drive from the popular Norfolk coast, this is a great option for couples, friends and small family groups.

Following an ingenious re-design, the detached property has now been adapted to provide a comfortable living space on the first floor that includes a kitchen/ dining room and sitting room. Being an old church building, the large window and beams within this space lend a tremendous amount of character, leaving a calm, light and airy space in which guests can relax.

On the ground floor you’ll find the first of the bedrooms, with the second on the first floor. Both provide comfortable sleep and are well served by an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom.

Outside you have the use of two off-road parking spaces and a small shared courtyard by the front entrance. You can easily walk to the local shops, cinema and eateries, which include the popular The Red Lion Lounge and Drifters Fish and Chip Shop.

    The Tracery was a wonderful venue to stay at. Quirky and comfy it was a lovely break. Plenty of places to visit nearby and a well appointed kitchen if you just want to stay in. We had a lovely walk on the beach and enjoyed visiting Black Shuck distillery.
