Guests have enjoyed the hot tub and the property's cleanliness, though some have noted issues with facilities maintenance. The location is consistently lauded for its beauty and convenience.

The lodge is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated comments about spiders and the need for tidying outdoor areas upon arrival.

The lodge is considered comfortable, with cosy beds and a homely feel. However, some guests mentioned a lack of shelving and storage space, impacting the overall comfort.

While the hot tub is a highlight, there are reports of maintenance issues. The lack of reliable WiFi and some minor appliance problems have been noted, suggesting room for improvement.

It was well equipped but would benefit from new sofa coverings. Rooms really worked for us and hot tub was really appreciated. The lodge was well equipped and hot tub serviced regularly during the stay. Wi-Fi wasn’t great but view and access to the lake made this five star!

Other than that the chalet was perfect, beautiful location, clean and well equipped

Tastefully kitted out and extremely comfortable. Perfect spot overlooking lake Windermere. The owner was super helpful. However, We were very disappointed with Sykes as we were having trouble with the hot tub and were unable to use it to full potential. Contacted Sykes on numerous occasions with little or no help whatsoever.. managed to get hold of the owner who guided me through. I feel Sykes not only let us down but also the owner as well.
