The location is highly regarded for its tranquility and proximity to local amenities, with guests appreciating the quiet countryside, nearby walks, and easy access to shops and pubs. The property's setting is consistently praised for its beauty and convenience.

Comfort is a strong point for Rowlands House, with guests finding the sitting rooms and bedrooms cosy and the house warm during winter stays. However, a mention of a creaky bed suggests a slight room for improvement in this area.

The host's thoughtfulness is evident through the warm welcomes, helpfulness, and a welcome pack that was much appreciated by guests. While such gestures are highly valued, it is noted that these are personal touches and may vary.

It was beautiful. The house and gardens were stunning just shame about the weather which no one has control of. During our stay there was a problem with the heating but the owner responded to our calls straight away. Nothing was any problem to them. Than you Rowlands House we had a wonderful time!
