Guests consistently report that the property is comfortable, with luxurious touches and cozy beds. The spaciousness and the private garden add to the comfort level. A few guests mentioned issues with temperature control and road noise in certain rooms, but these were not widespread concerns.
The facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being described as well-equipped and luxurious. Some guests suggested improvements such as better coffee-making facilities and additional cutlery. Maintenance issues like light bulbs not working were also mentioned, leading to a slightly lower score.

Loads of room including a reading snug and a large well appointed kitchen, but if you don't want to cook head next door to the Staff of Life, we had a lovely welcome having been there the previous year. There is a little traffic noise but otherwise there are no negatives.

Possibly due to sudden change in weather to very sunny. Hard to change interior bedroom temperature we can understand. Fan a bonus. Lovely property though and excellent having three bathrooms and bedrooms. Great outside space and summerhouse. Good to turn up and be able to make a drink and have a piece of cake!
