Guests say

Beech Apartment in Cheltenham is highly praised for its prime location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space, the proximity to local amenities, and the welcoming host. While there is a mention of thoughtful touches like a welcome pack and a birthday card, the property is noted for being compact and may not suit those seeking spacious accommodation.

The majority of guests have reported the apartment to be spotlessly clean, contributing to a high cleanliness score. One review mentioned the need for a deeper clean, but this appears to be an isolated view.

The apartment's location is consistently described as ideal, with easy access to the village centre, pubs, restaurants, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Comfort is frequently highlighted, with special mentions of a comfortable bed and well-thought-out amenities. However, one review found the property cramped, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with the apartment being well-equipped. Parking is noted as a bonus, although tricky for larger vehicles. The mention of a dark bathroom and a need for maintenance in one review suggests room for improvement.

Guests have noted thoughtful gestures such as a welcome pack and a birthday card, indicating a high level of thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they are a delightful bonus rather than a standard provision.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It is small, but all we needed for our week's stay. We walked many of the trails easily accessible from the property, and felt totally refreshed after a week in such beautiful countryside and scenery! We will definitely stay here again!

. we sadly felt lack of privacy, bathroom had to have blind closed when showering making it too dark, and bedroom had to close blind for privacy, same with lounge as the 2units doors are next to eachother and so get looked into,,, I wS sitting in nightie after shower on 2 occasions and owner kept coming up to balcony to water plants or go into next door, making us uncomfortable, the lounge is tiny and found sesting at table difficult as lounge chairs in way...very claustrophobic and dark property...kept banging our heads on bedroom slanted roof pillow end so can't sit up to read! The property is dated and full of tiny ornaments etc and in need of a very deep clean especially flooring and woodwork,, the patio didn't offer a nice view or relaxing, overlooked disused area of garden full bricks etc and not a nice place to sit... the owner was very pleasant and informative but overall we didn't enjoy our stay, even left a day early, as notices said to strip beds and fill dishwasher put on etc out of honey by 10 so left day early rather than rush the morning leaving,,

It was just as lovely as our first visit. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds and right in the heart of all amenities of Bourton but peacefully quiet. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided for at the appartment we even had great weather again.
