The property receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and immaculate. This suggests a well-maintained environment that contributes positively to the guests' experiences.

The location is generally well-received for its proximity to local attractions and the peaceful setting. However, some guests noted the necessity of driving to reach amenities, indicating a slightly less convenient location for those without transport.

Comfort is a standout feature, with guests finding the beds comfy and the property spacious. The ample bathrooms and cosy atmosphere add to the overall comfort level experienced by visitors.

It is in a great position to explore the beautiful countryside around. Narberth is an attractive and interesting town with lots of great eating places and is close by. Ideal for larger groups.

All the amenities you need are there in abundance, clean towels, dishwasher, bedding, washer and dryer etc. Very close to Narberth and quite central to the rest of Pembroke by a short drive. The only downside is that I feel it needs a bit of TLC here and there, painting and touching up a bit. Overall cleanliness could be better. Floors (laminate) were still dirty and stained when we got there, had to hoover again. Dusty in places. Would visit again if staying in a big group.
