Snaptrip says

The Green is a well-maintained cottage with a lovely interior, comfortable furnishings, and excellent water pressure. It is situated in an idyllic location, ideal for exploring the coast and nearby attractions. The garden is child and dog friendly, and the property is generally of a high standard, though there was an isolated incident regarding housekeeping.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property generally maintains high standards, but there was a significant complaint about soiled bedlinen and mattress protectors, which suggests room for improvement in housekeeping.

While the reviews mention an 'idyllic setting' and good situation for visiting the coast and attractions, there is not enough detailed feedback to accurately score the location.

Guests have praised the comfortable lounge, dining area, and beds, though there is a note about the duvets being too heavy for summer and steep stairs that could challenge those with mobility issues.

The property is described as well furnished and maintained, with good bathroom facilities and a special mention of the water pressure. However, there was a minor issue with misleading information about the key safe's location.

There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Beautifully kept property, comfortable lounge with separate dining room area. Very comfortable beds with good bathroom facilities. The water pressure is spectacular! We're very glad we stayed there.

We have given the stay five stars, and we thoroughly enjoyed the week, below are our small niggles, none of them show stopping. The cottage is ideally situated for the coast and many National Trust and HHA properties. A wider range of places to visit / maps of the area beyond local walking would have been appreciated. The key safe was not to the left of the FRONT door but to the right of the side door, a misleading piece of advice from rural retreats, which when arriving after a very long and fraught journey was not helpful! A well appointed cottage, well furnished appropriate to its age. The stairs to bedrooms are very steep and would challenge someone with mobility problems. The duvets are far too heavy for summer, and a summer weight one should be offered / available.
