On the whole the cottage was acceptable but it needs some TLC. The oven was dirty, the dishwasher drain was filthy and had broken glass in it, the external doors were very difficult to open and close and some bulbs were out in the main ceiling light which caused them to flicker. There was no information available from the owners for waste disposal etc.

Toilet seat bracket broken and dirty. Front door handle loose likely to break No proper mattress on main bed , used small one folded in half to cover stain Dishwasher dirty and dirty in cupboard Same as last year not cleaned under sofa in lounge Basin taps dirty

It was spacious & tastefully furnished. Although not the weather to make use of it, the garden was pretty & looked out onto fields where we regularly saw a deer & muntjacs. We would definitely recommend Woodmans Cottage.
