Nestled in the heart of ever-popular Burton Bradstock in a no through road, this enchanting property is the perfect base to enjoy a whole host of attractions, with a stunning backdrop of rolling countryside and walking distance to the beach. Once the residence of a naval Commander, the house has been lovingly restored and parts of it date back to medieval times. Visit charming Abbotsbury, Pilsdon Pen and the iconic Cerne Abbas Giant, all of which are easily accessible from this idyllic spot. The property boasts direct access to numerous scenic walking and cycling routes, allowing you to soak in breathtaking views along the way. Take a leisurely stroll to Hive Beach or hop in the car and visit Lyme Regis and West Bay. Perfectly positioned for touring both Dorset and East Devon, you'll also have the opportunity to explore the vibrant town of Bridport, renowned for its vintage shops. This striking detached property sits within the heart of the village opposite the beautiful Arts and Crafts style church and school.

To the left is the comfortable sitting room, complete with an open fire and Smart TV and to the right is a dining room with a wood burner. At the rear of the property is a stylish kitchen with a beautiful stone floor, seamlessly blending contemporary comforts with old-world charm. You'll pass a handy separate WC on the way to the utility room, which completes the ground floor accommodation. Heading upstairs there are three king-size bedrooms on the first floor, one with an en-suite shower room and the other two sharing a bathroom, newly fitted in 2023.

Heading outside via a door beside the kitchen you will pass a patio area surrounded by old stone walls and furnished with a table and chairs. There is a generous level lawn and pretty borders to admire.
