Snaptrip says

The Little White House in Dartmouth is consistently praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the property's proximity to local shops and restaurants. The charming and modern decor, alongside the thoughtful touches such as a welcome Cream Tea, contribute to a delightful stay. While there are some minor issues mentioned, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests frequently mention that the cottage is spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The presence of cleaning products suggests a well-maintained property.

The location is highly praised for being central, quiet, and close to the town with easy access to shops, pubs, and the harbour. The provision of a parking permit is also appreciated.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of extremely comfortable beds, a large bathroom for soaking, and a peaceful setting. However, one comment about a small and less comfy bed suggests a slight deduction.

Facilities are well-regarded, with the property described as well-equipped and decorated to high standards. The kitchen is noted to have more equipment than one has at home, indicating excellent facilities.

While guests mention thoughtful touches like a welcome Cream Tea, there is not enough information to determine if such gestures are consistent across all stays. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed.

I really enjoyed my week here - the location was helpful being near the shops and harbour but was also very quiet being tucked back from the roads. It was clean with clear instructions for heating, water, etc. I'll be back sometime to explore the town more!

The Little white House is in a perfect location in Dartmouth, a very short walk into town where there are lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is very comfortable with everything you need for your stay provided. Th linen is always very good, the beds comfortable and the bath is very nice, great for a long soak after a day on the River Dart!
