All on one level, this accommodation will not disappoint. On entering the property, from the hall you walk in to a spacious, yet cosy, sitting room with a wood burning stove, Smart television and a desk area - in case you need to juggle a little bit of working from "home". A well-equipped kitchen, with a Bosch coffee machine, opens up into a light and airy dining room area featuring a sofa and another Smart television. A door leads to the fully-enclosed, secure courtyard, safe for both children and dogs to play in. This space is ideal for al fresco dining as the sun goes down. There are two bedrooms, both hosting super-king beds (one is a zip and link for the option of twin beds), the master boasts an en-suite shower and dressing room, plus there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also parking for two cars in the driveway, which is a real bonus in Holt.

Lovely bungalow, warm when we arrived on a cold windy day always nice to walk into a warm house. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Definitely a home from home with your dog. Shops close by, can definitely recommend the Two Magpies Bakery, extra bonus that dogs are allowed in with you.

We had a great week at 8 Town Close, and we would definitely return in the future. The bungalow felt like home from home; welcoming, very clean & comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds & great showers. There are some great walks from the doorstep, from short to medium & long walks, with our favourite being across Little Hill Park, through Spout Hills and then following the paths to Letheringsett, and returning the same way rather than using the path alongside a fairly busy road. Holt Country Park is only a 20 minute walk away, and then you can follow whichever route signs depending on the amount of walking you want to do. Holt is great to explore with lots of independent shops, cafes & Bakers & Larners department store is well worth a visit, and especially the delicatessen. Both pubs are dog friendly, as are a lot of the cafes. It was a great weeks holiday, made better by having 8 Town Close to come home to in the afternoon and evening.
